About Me

North Yuba Naturalist: California, United States; The more you learn, the more you realize you don't know much! I've been a self-taught naturalist most of my life, and have decided to focus my current natural history studies on my OWN neighborhood. I really want to learn more about the common plants, animals, reptiles, amphibians, birds, and insects as well as the ecosystem that's right here! I plan to post my findings, research, and photos here once a week. I'll end each post with a few questions. I'll usually have the answers to the questions posted a week later. Any additional questions, comments, or research would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
